Culture and Art Center

The social clubs that have been established to allow students to carry out secular, modern, and democratic extracurricular social, cultural, and artistic activities that are in line with Atatürk’s reforms, were merged under one umbrella now known as the Galatasaray High School Culture and Art Center (GSLKSM). Students are able to use the facilities provided by this center on a regular basis. The starting point of the high school’s pioneering mission with regards to the center is that it be a “window to the West.” There are 26 clubs operating under the GSLKSM. Their objective is to participate in national and international events as well as carry out joint projects. The clubs share the results of their activities throughout the year and with the public during festivals.
